Natural gemstones are individually unique. Differences in colour, clarity, inclusions, texture, dimensions and appearance may occur and form part of the natural character of the gemstone.
Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colour may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Product descriptions, dimensions, weights, treatments, origin information and certification details are provided according to the information available to us for the particular item.
Where an independent laboratory certificate accompanies a gemstone, the relevant certificate information will be stated with the product or supplied with the purchase.
A gemstone should not be assumed to include independent certification unless this is specifically stated.
